Operational Agreement

// 01. Acceptance of Protocols

By accessing or utilizing the digital infrastructure located at oriney.dev ("the System"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Operational Terms. If you do not agree, disconnect immediately.

// 02. Intellectual Property

The architecture, design, code, interfaces, and visual assets of this System are the exclusive property of Oriney, Rok Slemenik s.p. and are protected by International Copyright and Intellectual Property laws.

Client Deliverables

Upon the execution of a commercial contract and full settlement of invoices, ownership of specific "Digital Assets" created for the Client shall be transferred as defined in the separate Master Services Agreement (MSA).

// 03. User Obligations

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following hostile actions:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any code modules.
Attempting to breach security protocols or conducting penetration testing without authorization.
Utilizing the System for the distribution of malware or malicious payloads.

// 04. Liability Shield

The System is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Oriney, Rok Slemenik s.p. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uptime, error-free operation, or specific fitness for purpose.

In no event shall Oriney, Rok Slemenik s.p. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our infrastructure.

// 05. External Systems

Our System may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., client portfolios, external tools) that are not owned or controlled by Oriney, Rok Slemenik s.p..

We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party entities. Accessing these external links is performed at your own tactical risk.

// 06. Jurisdiction Lock

These protocols shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
